Eric was very kind and thorough. He was extremely knowledgeable about my beloved dryer. Eric went above and beyond a typical service call. My dryer is working great again. Do You Repair Samsung Appliances?

Unfortunately, we do not service Samsung.

My gas stove isn’t lighting—does that mean the gas valve is bad?

Not necessarily. In most cases, if your gas stove isn’t lighting, the issue is not the gas valve. It’s usually a faulty ignitor that needs to be replaced. The ignitor is responsible for creating the spark that lights the gas. When it wears out or fails, the burner won’t ignite even if gas is flowing properly.
