This is very important if you have a home warranty because sometimes the warranty company does not have the information to give to your vendor. Soon after, Pat from All Major Appliance Repair called to set up a time for Eric the technician to come out. Within a few days, Eric came out, diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. Eric was very kind and thorough. He was extremely knowledgeable about my beloved dryer. Eric went above and beyond a typical service call. My dryer is working great again. I will surely call All Major Appliance Repair in the future. Thanks Pat and Eric!
